At Pacific Sanitation Services, we know renting a dumpster, portable toilet, or storage container can come with a lot of questions. This page is here to help you understand how our rentals work, what to expect, and how to avoid any extra charges. We want the process to feel straightforward so you can focus on your project or event—not the logistics.
Weight policy
If the contents of the container exceed the maximum limit of limits specific to each size, there is an extra charge of $70 per ton for overages.
Please make us aware at time of placing an order if extremely heavy debris, such as concrete, brick, roofing material, plaster or stucco will be loaded.
Rental Policy
All dumpsters except our 10 yard dumpsters have a 2 week rental period for use that is included with each order. If a container exceeds the initial rental time period, an additional $7 per day is applied. To avoid any rental charges, please schedule or call to have the container removed on or before the end of the rental time. It is the customer’s responsibility to schedule removal of containers.
List of Other Charges That Could Occur
Relocation
$125 moving a partially loaded container from one address to another
$100 Onsite relocation, moving the current container onsite to a different position or location at the same address
Trip Charge
$100 fee is applied if a delivery or removal attempt was made and turned away or canceled on scheduled delivery day. Same charge applies if the container is block, inaccessible, overloaded or unfit to haul.
Cancelation Fee
$25 cancellation fee is applied if notified of cancellation prior the date of delivery. If delivery has been made and then cancel, full price is charged.
Hazardous Material
We DO NOT accept hazardous waste
Items such as Frig, Freezers, A/C units, tires, batteries, waste oil, and railroad ties will be charged back to the customer.
